Group Life – Guaranteed issue life coverage for groups of 2-24 lives. Choose benefit structure from flat amounts, multiples of annual earnings or by employee class (including management carve outs). Plans include valuable riders such as waiver of premium, accelerated benefits and are convertible to individual plans upon termination of employment.


Group STD – Guaranteed issue short term income replacement (13 or 16 week durations). Up to $1,000 weekly maximums & includes benefits for maternity & other illnesses. Flexible claims submission via web, phone or fax.


Group LTD – Guaranteed issue, long term income replacement payable to age 65. Up to $6,000 monthly maximums. Includes valuable riders such as survivor benefits, partial disability benefits & waiver of premium.


Group Dental – Cost effective PPO dental solutions for groups of 3-24 lives. Plan maximums up to $1,500 and optional orthodontia coverage. Over 65,000 dental locations through the DenteMAX network.
